Thank you for shopping with MNACollabs! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review the following shipping information for your order:

1. Shipping Times

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 4 to 10 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping Times:
    Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via the carrier selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 10–20 business days, but shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

  • Delays:
    Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons (holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

  • If free shipping offers are available, they will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Carrier

  • We partner with reputable shipping carriers to deliver your package, including [USPS, FEDEX, DHL EXPRESS, UNIUNI]. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

4. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within  the US Country. International shipping is not available at this time, but we may consider expanding to other regions in the future.

5. Shipping Address

  • It is your responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.

  • We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments resulting from an incorrect address.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order.

  • Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your package has been shipped.

7. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:
    Once your order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim. We are not responsible for any issues once the package leaves our facility.

  • Missing or Delayed Packages:
    If your package is delayed or missing, please check the tracking information. For any unresolved issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not liable for shipping delays.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (If Applicable)

  • For international orders (if we offer international shipping in the future), customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by MNACollabs.
